13 US presidents have served two full terms. They are Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, Jackson, Grant, Cleveland (with a gap between his two terms), Wilson, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Eisenhower, Reagan, Clinton, G. W. Bush and Obama. FDR was actually elected four times. Since a 1951 constitutional amendment, only two terms are allowed.
