Which animal can become nearly immortal?
Turritopsis jellyfish
Background
The Turritopsis jellyfish can turn back into a young body. When it gets old or hurt, it restarts its life cycle. In theory it can live forever. Scientists call it the immortal jellyfish. This only works as long as the jellyfish does not get eaten.
